i-Rock (East Sussex)

i-Rock can offer you advice and support on emotional and mental wellbeing, jobs, education and housing.

There are lots of different people at i-Rock and they have a wide range of knowledge and information. So, whether you want to talk about how you’re feeling or get advice on things like housing and continuing your education, someone will be able to help.

If left untreated mental health and money problems can not only cause distress, they could affect other areas of your life. That’s why i-Rock is here for you.

Due to ongoing restrictions around Covid-19,  i-Rock is changing the way we offer our appointments.

We are excited to introduce our new virtual drop-in i-Rock service. If you would like to talk to one of our team please click below. Staff are available between 11am-6pm Monday-Friday.  The link will enable you to talk to us by video, however you are welcome to turn your camera off and just speak or use the in-app text option.

We can also offer a limited number of face-to-face appointments - please click the button below to book an appointment.

We are based at three different sites across East Sussex. Please note that our opening times vary for each site - see below.

When you come to i-Rock we will offer you a free drink and the chance to talk, in confidence, about any problems you may be having. We can also offer advice if you’re concerned about a friend or relative.

You don’t have to be sent to see us by a doctor or teacher, you can just pop in virtually or book a face-to-face appointment. It doesn’t matter how big or small your problem is, we’ll do our best to help you.

i-Rock runs at three different locations across East Sussex:

Hastings i-Rock

Eastbourne i-Rock

Newhaven i-Rock
