Discovery College
Discovery College offers a range of free courses for young people aged 12-20 in different community venues and online. Courses are fun, informal, often creative and aimed at supporting you to learn more about how to find emotional wellbeing and deal with mental health challenges.
Discovery College is unique because all the courses are co-produced by young people with lived experience of mental health challenges, subject specialists and mental health practitioners. Discovery College is a safe space where everyone is accepted as they are without judgement. We are interested in who you are and who you would like to be.
