Getting help

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Sussex supports children and young people who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and psychosis.

We have community teams of staff working across the Sussex area who have expertise of working with children and young people with mental health difficulties and their families and carers.
